North Dakota Representative Armstrong playing key role in push for Biden impeachment inquiry

(Fargo, ND) -- North Dakota Congressman Kelly Armstrong is playing a key role in pushing for an impeachment inquiry targeting President Biden.

"I actually filed two different resolutions. One is the inquiry resolution that we'll vote on I believe tomorrow that formalizes the inquiry with a vote of the house. Then the other one is sidecar resolution that authorizes all previously issued subpoenas into the current inquiry," said Armstrong.

The house is expected to vote Wednesday on whether to formalize the inquiry.

If an impeachment inquiry is approved, Armstrong says he expects court fights over the production of relevant documents.

Republicans are raising questions about what they call questionable business dealings between Biden family members and foreign entities.

The president denies any wrongdoing.
