(Fort Pierce, FL)  --  Former President Trump is attending a hearing today in his federal classified documents case in Florida.

The hearing is currently being held in a secure room designed for viewing highly classified materials. Trump and his attorneys will meet for several hours with the judge in the case in a closed-door hearing without prosecutors present to discuss the case in detail. The judge will consider whether Trump's attorneys can have access to classified materials.

Trump is facing criminal charges for taking hundreds of classified documents with him when he left the White House, and is accused of obstructing justice by trying to hide the materials from government officials.
