(New York, NY) -- The judge overseeing the New York State civil fraud trial of The Trump Organization, Donald Trump, and his two adult sons will issue his verdict on damages this week.

NBC News reports the decision will come from Judge Arthur Engoron Friday. Engoron has already ruled the company and the Trumps engaged in fraud; neither party in the case requested a jury trial. The coming verdict will be about intent and damages. State Attorney General Letitia James wants 370-million dollars and a ban on the company doing business in the state.

The judge could order the former president's businesses to be dissolved.
