(New York, NY) -- Dual hearings in criminal cases involving former President Trump are underway.
Trump is in a New York City courtroom where his motion to dismiss his case involving alleged hush money payments paid to an adult film actress has been denied.
Meanwhile in Atlanta, Trump's lawyers are in court regarding allegations that the former president was part of a scheme to overturn Georgia's 2020 election results. That hearing is expected to focus on alleged misconduct by the prosecutor, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, who's been accused of having an improper relationship with her top lawyer.
