(Moscow, Russia)  --  Russian president Vladimir Putin says he did not enjoy his recent interview with former Fox News host Tucker Carlson.

Putin spoke to a reporter at the Kremlin on Wednesday and was asked about last week's interview with the commentator. According to a Reuters translation, Putin said he was expecting Carlson to behave aggressively and ask sharp questions, but, "surprisingly for a Western journalist," Carlson was patiently listening to his long history dialogues.

The Russian leader said he had wanted sharp questions so he could respond in the same way.
