(Washington, D.C.)  --  President Biden says Republicans are walking away from America's obligations overseas.

While speaking to reporters on the White House lawn, Biden said it was "shocking" that House Republicans are walking away from the threat of Russia and obligations to NATO.  The comments come as the Republican-led House took a two-week break without bringing legislation providing military aid to Ukraine and Israel to the floor for a vote.

It also follows the death of Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny, who was an outspoken critic of Vladimir Putin.
