Mentor, MN - A man is facing charges following an arson fire in Northwestern Minnesota's Polk County. Deputies responded to a report of a person trying to start a home on fire in Mentor Saturday night. Roger Passa, 37, of Crookston, was arrested. The homeowner was not home at the time and there were no injuries. Formal charges against Passa are pending.
The home received moderate fire damage. Authorities are still investigating the fire.
