(Bismarck, ND) -- If you do the math, there's a roughly a seven-percent chance the driver next to you in North Dakota doesn't have a valid driver's license.

This according to insurance company Insurefy, which released data last week showing that North Dakota has the highest number of suspended drivers still hitting the road.

State officials say many of those flouting the law complain they have no other option to get to and from work, a situation reportedly fostered by what critics say is a chronic lack of public transportation in the state's many rural areas.
