(Grand Rapids, MN) -- An Itasca County attorney is facing more than six years in prison after being convicted of sexually assaulting several women.
Court records show 32-year-old Jesse Powell pleaded guilty in September to four counts of sexually assaulting several women while he was representing them as their lawyer.
The victims say the abuse happened between September 2020 and August 2021.
Several victims spoke during the sentencing hearing.
