(Forman, ND) -- A North Dakota man is in custody after kidnapping and releasing a bartender in the city of Forman.

Authorities say Ryan Gergh was being escorted out of the Deuces bar at closing time when he pulled a gun on the bartender, Melissa Wolter, and pushed her to his car. Gergh drove Wolter to a field near Havannah and parked there for six hours, making her talk about her life and family. Wolter says Gergh also demanded sex from her.

Gergh eventually dropped Wolter off at the home of the Sergeant County Sheriff. He was arrested in the front yard of the Sheriff's home.

Bergh is currently being held on several charges, including kidnapping, on a $100,000 cash only bail.
