(Bismarck, ND) -- State and local officials are inviting the public to commemorate World Day of Remembrance which honors victims severely hurt or killed in road crashes.
A ceremony will be held on Friday at noon at the State Capitol in Bismarck.
The goal of the event is to raise awareness of the dangers on the road as well as to honor the victims.
Families are encouraged to being items connected to their loved ones to help create a temporary memorial.
