(Stanton, ND) — The Bismarck man accused of causing the death of a Mercer County Sheriff’s deputy has made his second appearance in South Central District Court.
Ian Cramer appeared Monday for a hearing on new charges, including a charge of homicide.
In Monday’s hearing, Judge Bobbi Weiler determined Cramer will continue to be held on a $500,000 cash bond.
His next appearance, a preliminary hearing, is set for February 7 at 10:30 a.m.
