(Bismarck, ND) -- The man who was arrested at the North Dakota Governor's Residence over the summer has pleaded guilty to two drug charges.

Police arrested Eduardo Diaz after they found him sitting on the lawn of the Capitol Grounds in August.

Officers searched his vehicle and reportedly found two guns, a small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and a large knife.

Diaz was originally charged with being a convicted felon in possession of firearms.

That charge was later dropped.
