Grand Forks attorney named to District Court judgeship

(Bismarck, ND) — A Grand Forks attorney has been appointed to a judgeship in North Dakota.

Governor Doug Burgum has appointed Theodore “Ted” Sandberg to the Northeast Central Judicial District judgeship, which serves Grand Forks and Nelson Counties. Sandberg will fill the vacancy created by the retirement of District Court Judge Lolita Hartl Romanick.

Sandberg is president-elect of the State Bar Association of North Dakota.

He will be chambered in Grand Forks.
