(St. Paul, MN) -- The Minnesota Department of Human Rights is suing a Brainerd printing company for not stopping a supervisor from sexually assaulting and harassing workers.

Sheridan is accused of breaching Minnesota's Civil Rights laws for neglecting to protect workers from frequent sexual assault and harassment. Document claim two victims tried to speak about the inappropriate behavior, but the company did not investigate the incidents. The supervisor was fired in July of 2021.

The Department of Human Rights wants the company to pay damages to the two workers.
