Minnesota Department of Revenue to reissue $128K tax rebate checks that have gone uncashed

(St. Paul, MN)  --  The Minnesota Department of Revenue is making a third attempt to get one-time tax rebate checks to thousands of state residents.  

They involve Minnesotans who have not received a check or failed to cash the ones they previously received.  

Replacement checks to recipients who met income guidelines will begin going out in the mail next week.  

They should all be out by mid-March.
