(Grand Forks, ND) -- A 21-year-old man from Fertile, Minnesota, who was sentenced to six months of electronic home monitoring for causing a deadly crash in Grand Forks County two years ago, is now accused of harassment.

Tyson Horton allegedly sent messages to the widow of victim Tom McWaters through social media. One message reportedly said "I got something for you," which scared the widow. Horton is charged with harassment and is scheduled to appear in court next month.

If convicted, Horton faces up to a year in jail.
