Mandan man in the courtroom after murder of another in Bismarck

(Mandan, ND) -- The trial of a Mandan man accused of murdering another man in Bismarck in 2022 began yesterday.

Prosecutors told the jury that surveillance video, cellphone data, and DNA testing will be used to prove that Benjamin Williams fatally shot Christopher Sebastian inside a vehicle at an apartment complex.

Williams faces a potential sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole if convicted.
