(Mandan, ND) -- The North Dakota Highway Patrol reports an incident on I-94 near Mandan where a person fired a gun from a car yesterday afternoon.
A trooper driving behind the vehicle witnessed the passenger side window shattering after hearing a gunshot. Two men in the car were arrested for being felons in possession of a firearm.
No injuries were reported.
