RICHLAND COUNTY, N.D. – A West Fargo woman is arrested after a rollover crash near Christine, North Dakota.
It happened on the 5400 block of County Highway 81 three miles north of town on Thursday, May 7. Deputies and troopers responded to a cell phone’s emergency crash detection system around 11:30 PM.
The Highway Patrol said a car was going at a high rate of speed when it failed to negotiate a curve, went into the ditch, vaulted and rolled.
The driver, an unnamed 20-year-old West Fargo woman, was flown to a Fargo hospital. She’s been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and criminal vehicular injury. Troopers say she wasn’t wearing a seat belt.
The passenger, a 19-year-old Moorhead woman, was taken by ambulance to a Fargo hospital. Authorities say she was wearing a seat belt.
