(Bismarck, ND) -- North Dakota Congressman Kelly Armstrong is pushing back against President Biden's energy policies.
Armstrong laid out his concerns for the public Tuesday morning, saying he worries the administration is crippling energy producers and consumers in North Dakota while trying to meet lofty climate goals. Armstrong says the policies that limit oil and gas productions are leading to higher heating bills.
Democratic leaders are hoping to have an approach to energy policies negotiated by the global climate summit that opens later this week.
