(Fargo, ND) -- A Fargo woman is facing charges for allegedly assaulting a police officer.
Officers responded to a report Monday that 39-year-old Amy Goodsky broke into a woman's apartment and began destroyed property. Police say Goodsky kicked an officer while being escorted to a squad car and later tried to kick a paramedic.
Goodsky was previously charged with assaulting an officer in Williston in 2019.
She is being held in the Cass County Jail.
