Byron wins Darlington in OT

(Darlington, SC) -- William Byron is celebrating an overtime win at the Goodyear 400 at Darlington Raceway. The driver of the No. 24 car held off Kevin Harvick in the restart to claim the NASCAR Cup Series victory.

Harvick missed out on his fourth-career Darlington win and finished in second place. He now has 14 top-10 finishes in the last 15 races at the historic track. Chase Elliot, Brad Keselowski and Bubba Wallace rounded out the top five finishers. Last weekend's Advent-Health 400 winner Denny Hamlin came in 12th.

The racers head into North Wilkesboro Speedway next Sunday for the NASCAR All-Star Open.
