North Dakota State University Football has been picked No. 4 in the Stats Perform FCS Preseason Top 25 poll. The vote was composed of a national media panel and was announced on Monday, August 9.
Defending FCS national champion Sam Houston is ranked No. 1, James Madison No. 2, and South Dakota State No. 3.
The Missouri Valley is represented well in the preseason poll with six teams making the top 25 including No. 3 South Dakota State, No. 4 North Dakota State, No. 7 Southern Illinois, No. 8 North Dakota, No. 21 Northern Iowa, and No. 24 Missouri State.
The Bison will kick off the season at home against Albany on Saturday, September 4 at 2:30 p.m.
