(Minneapolis, MN) -- The Timberwolves had a big third quarter during their 109-105 win over the Los Angeles Clippers at Target Center.
The Wolves led by just one at halftime before outscoring the Clippers 35-23 in the third. Minnesota had a 17 point lead in the fourth before the Clippers cut the deficit to three in the waning moments. Rudy Gobert hit four out of four free throws to seal the win. Gobert had 15 points, 18 rebounds, and four blocks, while Anthony Edwards pouted in 33 points.
Minnesota has won three of four and leads the Western Conference at 28-11. The Wolves visit the Pistons on Wednesday.
