(Minneapolis, MN) -- The Twins are adding some speed to their roster.
The team claimed outfielder Bubba Thompson off waivers from the New York Yankees yesterday. The 2017 first-round pick spent the last two seasons with the Texas Rangers, racking up 22 stolen bases in 92 games. He hit .170 with four RBI in 37 appearances last season.
