WZFG News has learned that City of West Fargo Public Works Director Chris Brungardt has submitted a letter of resignation to the City of West Fargo. His resignation is effective December 31, 2019.
The news comes just days after the sudden termination of Assistant Public Works Director Ryan James. He was terminated on Monday, according to City of West Fargo Communications Director Melissa Richard.
In an email to WZFG News on Wednesday, Richard said, in regards to the announcement of James' termination, that the City "will not comment further as this is a personnel matter."
