Diana Emerson Benefit Happening Oct. 6

Diana was diagnosed with end stage kidney and liver failure in March 2019. She is a single woman who worked full-time for Sanford Health and part-time for Rosewood on Broadway. On July 30, 2019 she underwent a liver transplant and subsequently had a kidney transplant on July 31, 2019 at the University of Minnesota. She does have health insurance, but during the course of her illness, surgeries, and recovery she has accumulated extensive bills for deductables, co-pays, transportation, and housing. She previously required renal dialysis 3 times a week and paracentesis 2 times a week. Due to the severity of Diana’s illness, she was unable to return to work following her discharge from the hospital in March. She has no one to depend on financially.
