The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) along with the North Dakota Highway Patrol (NDHP) have OPENED I-29 northbound and southbound lanes from Grand Forks to Fargo, along with I-94 eastbound and westbound lanes from Bismarck to Fargo.
The No Travel Advised has been LIFTED for portions of eastern North Dakota. Cities included are Jamestown, Valley City, Grand Forks, Devils Lake, Fargo, Wahpeton, and surrounding areas.
