Two more individuals have been arrested in a homicide investigation in Minnesota involving the death of Dystynee Avery.
On the evening of April 21, David Erno, age 22, and Andrea Payne, age 26, both of Moorhead, were booked into the Clay County Jail on Accessory to Murder Charges.
The investigation is still very ongoing, and the Moorhead Police Department continues to work collaboratively with the MN Bureau of Apprehension and the Clay County Sheriff’s Office, including being on the scene of the Clay County landfill.
No further information is available at this time.
