Fargo Police Department Presents Fargo United Events for Fargo Public Schools

From Tuesday, November 6 through Friday, November 9, middle school and high school students from various Fargo Public Schools will gather for all-school assemblies to hear from keynote speaker Christopher Singleton, as well as hear the latest single, “It’s Time,” by Fargo Police Department’s Officer Michael Bloom, and rapper David Paul Brooks (DPB) and CREW.

"It's Time" was written by DPB and Officer Bloom to show it's time for our community to show what unity in action looks like. The music video is filled with several people and businesses from our community coming together as one. Motivational speaker Singleton, will share his message about loving people around us and showing respect to all people.

DPB, positive rap artist, songwriter, actor, clothing designer, mentor, motivational speaker, and CEO of DPB Records and Victory Media Group, established a new and positive image in the recording industry. His goal is to give people, particularly youth, an alternative and cutting-edge message in music that can set them free from painful issues they may be dealing with, in an art form in which they relate. In addition, DPB has created a program for schools dealing with character education issues, such as peer pressure, bullying, promoting respect, and making best choices as stressed by the United States Department of Education.
