Cass County Sheriff’s Auction to be Held This Friday

The Cass County Sheriff’s Office will host its 4th Annual Sheriff’s Seized Property & Gun Auction on December 14th, 2018; start time is 10:00 AM.  The auction will take place at the Cass County Law Enforcement Center, 1612 23rd Ave No.; Fargo, ND. The doors open at 9:00 AM for viewing of the property and firearms the day of the sale. The sale is “cash only” and all items are sold “as is.”

In order to purchase firearms, you must be a North Dakota resident with a current (valid) form of identification.  Successful bidders will be subject to a complete background check.  You must be 18 years of age to purchase a long gun and 21 years of age to purchase a handgun.

Auction items include:

1. Over 30 assorted firearms:
   
   1. Rifles, shotguns, revolvers, pistols
2. Air guns:
   
   1. Pistols, rifles
3. Guns parts, gun accessories, reloading equipment, sporting goods, knives, power tools, welding equipment, office equipment, electric guitar, other assorted miscellaneous property.
