North Dakota GOP Chairman Rick Berg was quite impressed with how North Dakota represented itself at Wednesday’s rally by President Donald Trump for Kevin Cramer, who is running against Heidi Heitkamp. Berg told WZFG News Friday morning that people came from all across the state and region to hear President Donald Trump speak out in support of Cramer. “President Trump talked about the issues, and Kevin is right on top of them,” Berg said. Berg says that people don’t necessarily pay attention to North Dakota, or the Midwest. More than 25,000 people went online to order tickets for Wednesday’s rally, Berg said. The GOP Party says they hope to have President Trump return to North Dakota again in the future.
