This morning at around 3:22 AM officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of 3rd Avenue North for a robbery that just occurred.
The victim said he was riding his bicycle when another bicyclist confronted him, brandished a knife and demanded his belongings. The suspect took the victims bags and fled the area.
Officers located the suspect nearby and chased him briefly on his bicycle and later on foot. Officers eventually located the suspect hiding nearby and arrested him without incident.
Officers arrested Crispin Baker a 19 year old male who has no permanent address. Crispin was arrested for Robbery and Refusal to halt. The stolen property was recovered and returned to the victim.
