High risk sex offender registered as homeless in Fargo

(Fargo, ND)-- The Fargo Police Department has notified the community that a registered sex offender, Matthew Eagleman, has been registered as homeless in Fargo, North Dakota.  Eagleman was assessed as a high-risk offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee.

 Eagleman was convicted of Gross Sexual Imposition in Ramsey County District Court, ND on September 19, 2002.  His victim was a 14 year old female acquaintance.  He was also convicted of Gross Sexual Imposition in Ramsey County Juvenile Court, ND on August 5, 1998.  His victims were several males under the age of 14.  Eagleman is a lifetime registrant in ND.
