(Fargo, ND) -- The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community of a high-risk sex offender who has changed their address in the city.
Authorities say Stephen O'Berry has changed his address to 1202 36th St. S in Fargo. O'Berry is assessed as a High-risk sex offender for a 2006 incident, where he was convicted of receiving material involving minors.
He is described as 52-year-old, 5'11", 180lbs with blue eyes and brown hair.
