(Fargo, ND) -- North Dakota oil producers could soon face a tax increase. A trigger was put in place in 2015 that would raise the tax from ten-percent to eleven-percent if prices continuously average above 90-dollars a barrel for over two months. Last month was the first time since 2014 that the per barrel price averaged over 95-dollars.
