(Washington, DC) -- President Biden is commuting the sentence of a Jamestown woman.
Kathy Albrecht was sentenced to 150 months for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance. She will still have to serve a three-year term of supervised release.
The commutation was one of 75 granted by Biden yesterday for low-level drug offenders with fewer than four years remaining on their sentences and having displayed efforts to rehabilitate themselves.
