(Fargo, ND) -- The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender is now living within the city.
29-year-old Tyrie Guy Gardner registered his address as homeless in Fargo, ND. Gardner is categorized as a high-risk sex offender by the North Dakota Risk Assessment Committee.
Gardner is described as 5'9", 155lbs with brown eyes and black hair. He was convicted on April 26th, 2012 in Burleigh County District Court ND for Gross Sexual Imposition and his victim was a female under the age of 15. Gardner is a lifetime registrant.
