Fargo Firefighter investigated for possible physical abuse of child

(Fargo, ND) -- A Fargo firefighter is under investigation for allegedly physically assaulting a nine-year-old boy.

Noah Walker's parents say their neighbor was angry after their dog relieved itself on his lawn and allegedly pushed the dog into the boy, causing him to fall over. Noah's father Trevor Graening says the boy had a mark and a red ear and that their doctor determined he had suffered a concussion in the alleged attack.

Noah's parents say the investigation is stalled because the firefighter denies hitting their son.
