(Fargo, ND) -- Fargo Police say no one is hurt after a search of the Red River Tuesday evening.

Fargo and Moorhead Police and Fire Departments searched the river near the Spirit of the Sandbagger monument around 5 p.m. on Tuesday after they received a call of two people who went into the water. After an investigation on both sides of the Red River, police contacted the person who made the initial call, and learned the man and woman were able to leave the river area and did not need assistance.

It is unknown if any additional investigations are ongoing by local law enforcement.
