Fargo Police notifying community of High-Risk sex offender moving to area

(Fargo, ND) -- The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community of a High-Risk sex offender who has moved into the area.

Police say 28-year-old Alexander Justin Pittenger has moved to 727 14th St. N in Fargo. He is described as 6ft tall, weighing 180lbs and hazel eyes and brown hair. He was convicted in McHenry County District Court for Corruption or Solicitation of a Minor on January 15th, 2019. His victim was 14-years-old at the time of the incident. Pittenger is a lifetime registrant.
