(Fargo, ND) -- Managers at the International Market Plaza say outdoor murals have been vandalized.

Patriot Front graffiti was painted on top of the murals in the 13-hundred block of Main Avenue. Authorities believe the incident happened Monday.

Immigrant Development Center GoFundMe organizers say they are heartbroken by the incident and can't believe it happened in Fargo.

"I am heartbroken, hurt, shattered, confused, numb. I never imagined in a million years I would see something so vicious in our community," said Organizer Jihan Brifki on the GoFundMe page. "I know our community is better than this. We are not hateful people. We come together as a community when something like this happens. Let’s come together and support Immigrant development small businesses, they are all our local immigrants who are trying to make a living in our community they are no different than anyone else in the community, we all deserve to be loved, respected, treated the same."
