(Grafton, ND) -- A judge has dismissed the case against a man accused of lighting fires in the restrooms at a park in Grafton.

The state recommended dismissing the case against Garret Pace (18m) due to his medical and mental health diagnoses. Pace told police he started the fires because he was upset about not being able to work harvest season.
