(Moorhead, MN) -- A popular burger and beer spot in Moorhead is officially closing its doors for good.
After previously closing down to gain and train more staff, the JL Beers in Moorhead took to social media Thursday evening to announce those staffing issues have not been resolved, resulting in the location having to close down for good.
"To all our friends that we’ve made over the past 11 years in Moorhead, We greatly appreciate you and the support you’ve shown to us at our Highway 10 location, it’s truly been a joy to serve you," said a post on the restaurant's Facebook page. "Unfortunately, due to the ongoing labor shortages in our area, we’ve made the difficult decision to close our Moorhead location."
The final day of service at JL Beers will be Sunday, November 20th from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
The Downtown Fargo, South Fargo and West Fargo locations are all expected to remain open.
