(Moorhead, MN) -- The Moorhead Police Department is warning the community of a sex offender moving back into the area.
46-year-old Andre Tolefree has moved to the 1300 block of 32nd street circle south. Tolefree engaged in forced sexual contact with a teen girl, using a gun during the incident.
He has investigated by the Red Wing and Virginia Police Department.
Tolefree initially made contact with the teen girl online.
