Fargo Police investigation not considering vandalism of New American Center to be a hate crime

(Fargo, ND) -- An office that assists recent immigrants in Fargo is recovering after the building was vandalized.

Earlier this month, five windows at the New American Consortium for Wellness and Empowerment were smashed with rocks. The New American Consortium has started a GoFundMe page to help with buying security cameras for the building. Fargo Police say they are not considering the incident to be a hate crime.
