Police share identity of victim in fatal stabbing in south Fargo

(Fargo, ND) -- The identity of the victim in a fatal stabbing has been released. 

Fargo Police say Ethan Larson (22m, New Folden, MN) was found with stab wounds in a business parking lot 4200 block of 45th Street South. Larson was taken to a nearby hospital, but died from his injuries at the healthcare facility.

Authorities have arrested a suspect, Michael Diedrich (28m, Fargo). Police say Diedrich and Larson were kicked out of the Southtown Pourhouse before 1 a.m. Thursday after an argument. Authorities believe that is when Diedrich stabbed Larson in the parking lot.

The incident is still under investigation..
