Moorhead Police seeking public's help in identifying individual

(Moorhead, MN) -- The Moorhead Police Department says they are looking for any information that can lead to the identification of a specific person.

The image was shared on the police department's social media channels. The image appears to show an individual wearing a light brown jacket with a hoodie underneath, similar colored shoes, and blue/black pants. Police ask for anyone with information to send it to the following places.
