(Fargo, ND) -- Four people were arrested after a high-speed chase and the discovery of fentanyl pills.

Fargo Police say they observed one vehicle chasing another in the area of 45th Street South and 13th Avenue South on Tuesday, eventually crashing in the area after driving through a parking lot.

The incident led to multiple arrests.

  • Deron Manseau (51, Mandan): Arrested for Felony Reckless Endangerment.
  • Raqel American Horse (24, Mandan): Arrested for Outstanding Warrant related to possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Lamar Talay (21, Fargo): Arrested for Felony Preventing Arrest, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and an outstanding warrant for 5th degree controlled substance possession.
